At Good Company Lit, we accept submissions from all writers, poets and artists!
- We’re always open for submissions.
- All submissions are free, and we do not offer payment at this time.
- We accept simultaneous submissions
- We accept previously published work.
- We accept poetry, fiction and non fiction prose.
- We’re looking for clean content. Clean, in this context, means a writing that doesn’t include blasphemy, swearing, sexual content, sexuality and gender controversies.
- We accept all market genres as long as the piece is in line with our vision.
- We accept and encourage work from, or about underrepresented groups (BIPOC, persons with disabilities, persons with mental illness, women, misrepresented minorities…). We especially highlight Muslim writers voice.
- Word count:
- Short stories: 1000-2000 words
- Non fiction: 1000-2000 words
- Poetry: 2 poems max with 300 words max each.
- We respond to everyone, but our review time can take a while. Remind us if we don’t get back to you within a month at submissions@goodcompanylit.com
